Conflict in the workplace - theoretical assumptions and scope of the problem

Abstract


The aim of the article is to present the conflict’s significance in an organization’s functioning. The notion of a conflict, the reasons for its emergence, functions as well as methods of overcoming it were explained. The dynamics and consequences of a conflict in an organization’s functioning were described.
